At True Wellness, we are here to encourage and promote our clients’ complete wellness and this includes proper nutrition and dietary choices. Food is not just something we eat everyday. Food supplies the energy and nutrients that are essential for the natural processes that constantly take place inside the body. If what we eat does not contain enough of these nutrients, our bodies may become deficient in the essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals our bodies need and our health many eventually suffer.
